no, unfortunately nav is not an option in Korea. However, they do sell the ones you attach to your windshield similar to the garmin's in the US. that's what I use so I don't end up driving into a kimchi factory!

It is definitely hard to find your way around Korea, especially if you don't know the roads. However, I think it's somewhat equivalent to driving around any other city that you're not familiar with. once you get in an unknown city or town, the street signs are useless unless you're looking for a major landmark or something.
