Don't be silly. We can drive it 9 months of the year. In fact, you CAN drive it year round if you want to. But I'd rather not damage it with salt and risk wrecking it because of people who don't know how to drive in the snow.

The way I see it, I plan to keep the car for a long time. So not driving it in the winter is the same as the guys that don't drive theirs every day to keep the mileage low. Mine is just combined in a three month period.

Actually, I'll probably put about 10,000 miles/year on it during the nice months anyway. And I still won't be able to drive it everyday. I live too far away from where I work to use it to commute every day. I'd end up eating up the car in four years. Since I won't be able to get another one when this one is gone, I plan on stretching out the enjoyment.
