Regarding the Nevr Dull...I checked the website and it said I could find it at WalMart. Would it be in the household cleaning supplies or the car section?

My exhaust tips are NASTY...I have over 4k on my car now, and haven't cleaned them yet. Will this stuff get them clean, or do I need something stronger?
