Most dealers offer this as a dealer installed options. Most of them are aftermarket products, but as long as the dealer installs it, it is warranted. Sometimes you have the option to program your OEM FOB, or you get a new one that comes with the starter kit. In this case they program it to do all the functions the OEM comes with such as locks, window opening, hatch or door openings (such as SUVs or Mini Vans).

I had one installed by my Nissan dealer when I bought my Armada.
