In the interim till it's fixed, once you're in the car, try bumping the windows down then back up with the controls. That cuts the wind noise SIGNIFICANTLY on mine. Many other small 2-seaters like ours (with no door-attached window frame) do that automatically every time you open the door. For some reason Chrysler decided not to put a circuit like that in this car.

Probably would have eliminated a lot of TSB service work if they had, since at least in my experience it has a major effect on the amount of wind noise.
