Today I picked my car up from the dealer for the hard-start issue. To get to the dealer, we took my buddies SRT-6 Roadster who has ASP Pullies AND I/C pump issues.
It took his car approximately 7 seconds to climb to 80mph from 65mph.
It took my car (stock SRT coupe) approximately 3 seconds (it's tough to gauge when it is just a few seconds).
My old limited XFire was much quicker than his SRT with an in-op pump at HIGHWAY speeds...but his car in the city is still fairly quick.
