Well, that's a problem right there!! Never, never, ever, ever trust a car salesman!! The only thing they care about is getting the most money out of your pocket as possible! No matter how nice they are, or tell you how nice you look in the car!! Sorry salesmen, I know it's your job, but I never let them run the sale. I go in there with a price point and walk out if they won't meet it. They usually call back the next day with "...great news!"

You know what? I thought I got a pretty good deal until I came on this forum. I even feel like I could have done much better. I don't know what I would be doing right now if I had paid full MSRP on my SRT! I would be pi$$$$ed!!!! 40 grand? Ouch man! You could have purchased a car from out of state if need be and had it shipped. You might have had to wait a week and pay a small delivery fee, but I'm sure it would have still come in waaaayyyyyy under 40 grand.
