The guy at the exhaust shop used a 304 SS magnaflow "Y" pipe, and he just happened to have a 4 or 5 foot piece of very heavy SS pipe left over from doing a '67 Mustang show car. I think he said he charged that guy something like $1,800 to do his car in this SS pipe from the headers all the way back. The SS pipe was so thick he could not do much of a bend in it or it would kink. It took him about two hours to do the job & charged me $140, not to bad for what I got. It would have looked a little nicer if he would have tigged rather than migged, someone on the board here has a set up that was all tigged stainless, it looked a lot better than mine
