Like I said...Stupid Question

I assumed that it was only the front tires that had brakes because I never see brake dust on my rear wheels, only the front.

I'm in my early 20's. I didn't have the Dad that took me out to the garage to show me how to change my tires. Cars are completely foreign to me. The Crossfire is the first car that I have ever cared about (hard to care about a 1995 salvaged Jeep Cherokee with 150,000 miles on it and a water pump that goes out once a month). I'm learning as much as I can, and thanks to this forum I have increased my knowledge about cars exponentially.
