After thinking a minute or so after my reply, the window switches would be a good switch to use in place of the dummy switch if they mount the same, I'm pretty sure it would be s simple two function non latching switch. You would still have to use a control relay to perform a function, you could use the up position to turn on the relay (of course you would have to wire the relay to latch itself), then use the down to unlatch the relay. When I was thinking of using the dummy button hole I was also wanting to use the OEM wiring that runs out to the fuse box under the hood and was worried about screwing something up, BTW did I mention how weird the wiring is on these car's . And the remote control's are a lot more fun, the wife came out to the garage to get me to come in. She was just inside the door in front of the covered SRT6 and I was around the corner in my work bench area, the remote for the fans was sitting on the bench so I couldn't resist HA, those fans are louder than the radiator fan.
