I don't think either of the optional tire sets offered on most 2004s are run- flats. Michelin does make certain Pilot models in run-flat for certain sizes, please be sure what you've got before you decide you can drive home when the pressure goes down. Several threads here have suggested there are Goodyears that fit - sympathy, hope I don't need to find out soon.
