WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??? are you talking about the same unit that bolts up to the engine used for shifting gears or a different one? I wonder if its the one that's built in part by Mclaren rated to handle 700+ ft lbs of torque, and automatically learns to adjust to your driving habits? If its that one the only problems that has ever occurred are fluid contamination and bad o ring. Both of which could kill a tranny if not taken care of. I have not seen anything about an AMG transmission going bad from redlining your car.
