Well looking at the negative feedback shows if you complain they will hit you too. A guy gives them negative feedback for not sending it after three months and they give him negative feedback saying:

"We will ship your item again at no extra charge. Please contact us."

What a flawed feedback system. I've been held up by that BS before too. "We'll give you a refund after you withdraw the negative rating"
