I agree this is a part of e bay that needs sorting. I purchased a new cover for my cell phone they sent a damaged part. I sent it back as requested by them and waited a month and a half for a replacement that never came so I gave negative feedback. I received negative feedback from then saying I was a time waster dont deal with this guy.
