When I purchased the car one of my headlights was experiencing condensation, I took it to the dealer and had a vent kit installed, but that did not remedy the issue, so the second visit I had a new headlight installed and the hazing is gone..

Don't let them bullshit you, be persistent with them, otherwise you won't get what you want.. which is a new headlight.. the "it will go away" is a joke...
