Well, I'll be happy to give you an unbiased review as soon as I figure out how to get it done. I bought it today, now I just have to figure out what I'm going to drive for 3 days while I send in the ECU. I was going to do the "Flash it yourself" method, but it would take 2-3 weeks for "my turn" with the OBD Tool to come up.
I will say this, InMotions communication is outstanding. They are easy to get on the phone and reply to emails very quickly. Based on that, I would have to say their customer service is very good.
