You won't be disappointed they are a great fun car to drive. My M COUPE was a 0/60 5 second car. It was only a 250 hp inline 6. In 2001 they upped the hp to 318. That was the last year the m coupe was built. This was the 2001 m3's 330 hp engine, but because of exhaust restrictions in the m coupe they could only wring out 318 hp. The M Coupe is still produced, it just follows the lines of the Z4 now, not the Z3.
I have only seen two M Coupes in my area - one was the Z3 style, and one is the Z4 style - both of them are awesome. There is a sweet video on youtube call M Coupe Chase Video or something like that. It really shows what they can do.
