I-95 in south western CT and in the NYC area has some of the worst roads I've ever been on. I-95 is always under construction. pot holes that are 1 foot deep are not all that uncommon. it's always an adventure. the extreme weather changes we have (below zero in winter often, heavy heavy salting of the roads, 100+ in the summer with 100% humidity) trashes the roads fast. that combined with the heavy road use from living so close to NYC requires some roads being repaved twice a year.
I've been driving since i was 16 and I've had 6 flat tires. I'm 23 now.
i won't drive the crossfire to NYC for the above mentioned reasons, i take the LHS.
tires should arrive tomorrow, and i'll have them put on the rims on thursday. then i'll hopefully have a few more months...heh
