It does not hurt to redline a car, especially a car meant for performance. (off topic but why do you use huge colored fonts like a girl?) I have redlined my current car for 74,000 miles and I am making over 2x the stock horsepower in it and the car still runs like new. The redline aka rev limiter is there to limit the revs aka revolutions that the motor is allowed to SAFELY turn. If it was not safe to rev to the current rev limit then they would have set it at a lower rpm. Heck you can get an ECU reflash and INCREASE the rev limit on cars with no issues. Manufacturers tend to be very conservative. It is evident that you do not have much knowledge in tuning cars or performance cars in general. Sure if you sit in your driveway, floor the gas while it is in park and rev the car up to the redline and hold it there for about 20 minutes it would not do wonders for your car but when your out on the road actually driving it does not hurt a thing. Like I said, I have done it for 4 years on my current car with zero effects. I did it on my old 1970 454ci corvette with over 600whp with zero effects and on all my other cars. Your statement it ignorant and silly.
