hmm, the car should have much more in it then that, even in the 83f heat. was the car sitting in the staging lanes running for 2 hrs between passes? or did you get a chance to turn it off and let it cool down with the hood open? i agree, t/c off should do ya better, i always put the autostick into 1st ont he line and just let it shift itself from there out. i assume a/c was off, windows up, took out extra luggage/subwoofer enclosure from trunk, ect.. right?
