Just picked up the car for the third time due to wind noise issues. The first time they found a tear in the seal around the window and replaced it. My wife picked it up and when I got home to test it out, it still had wind noise. Took it back a second time. This time they made some adjustments (TSB 23-014-04 was on the invoice). It was raining on the way home and I didn't notice any wind noise. This morning though the window noise is back. Brought it in a third time and the service manager said they can find nothing wrong. They said what I am hearing is the wind rushing by the outside mirror. Now I'm not expert, but that mirror looks pretty aerodynamic to me. I don't think at 40+mph it should sound like I have the window rolled down an inch. Also it doesn't happen on the passenger side, and last time I checked the mirrors were the same on both sides of the car. Not sure where to go from here. I think I will at least enjoy the car for the weekend and then take it back next week. I have a higher serial number, so I was hoping this problem had been corrected by now.
