you could be really cheap and install a sealed 1 gallon plastic or stainless tank filled with Alcohol under the hood.
Run a pressure line from the Kompressor to the tank, then from the sealed tank to the throttle body. and install a mister nozzle from MC MAster Carr. DIY it for about $150
