The TSB says for cars built on or before 2003. Mine was after, so the dealer said they would just adjust the bumpers. I said forget it and did it my self. That worked for about 10 miles, then did it again, this time using some medium locktite. Still not permanent. I ended up using some double sided foam tape, but that stopped working after about a week. I'm at a loss! It drives me crazy when I hear that thing rattle!! I'm going to try the loop pad from a Velcro strip next.
