I totaly agree that the ebay feedback system is way flawed. The sellers shouldn't be allowed to wait for your feedback before entering theirs. I got negative feedback after I received the wrong item and tried contacting the seller on multiple occasions with no luck. Once I entered a negative feedback tho, you know the a$$ came right back with his own negative feedback. That so Pissed me off, but I kinda figured it was going to happen. He said he'd take back his if i took back mine. Heck with that, I'll take the hit to warn others. EBAY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
