Well, I am not an expert when it comes to increasing horsepower on a car but anything over 10 hp for $10 buck throws a red flag no matter what. I have bought a few things from Ebay but the only thing that I bought that feel I got screwed on was a CAI for my 3000GT N/A. I had to cut and file the steel tubing to get it right. Never bought anything else from that guy.
