The trick is trying to get the car NOT to downshift, which makes your curve look funny because you can't go full throttle until you are at like 4000 RPMs or more, otherwise it will kick down a gear. I guess you could try to disengage the kick-down/detent, but I'm sure it is electronic.
The problem Apkano has it based on 6spd cars only as far as I know, which means it is not an SRT issue.
My stock dyno numbers are in my sig, on a dyno-jet, 90%+ humidity and 90* air temp (actually rained for a few minutes during cool down).
What kind of dyno were you on 240M3SRT?
i was on a dynojet as well...and my curve looks pretty nasty down lower.
