Who is the vendor fee paid to and for what reason? Is it reimbursement for exhibit space that is already paid for and being provided? I was a Tradeshow Coordinator and Meeting Planner for 7 years, so I am very familiar with vendor fees. Something is very wrong with this picture (in my opinion).
