I just spoke to Silverfox and the entire day has been a bit of a misunderstanding.

First, the schedule is more of a tentative timeline to keep everything structured. For an event this size this is absolutely necessary and without this the event would be quite unruly. You are free to come and go as you please, do not hold the schedule as mandatory.

Second, there is no vendor fee or approval needed. He has never heard of our company and was skeptical that an unknown company was trying to commercialize what he intended to be a pleasant Xfire gathering. He was only looking out for the member's best interests. We went over the details and everything is squared away.

Third, we will deffinately be there. We need to speak to the hotel this week about internet usage as that is necessary for the tuning. We will be establishing a thread and schedule for members to reserve spots for tuning or product installation. A deposit will be required to hold your spot. More details will be provided when we have them.

I think that should pretty much clear everything up. If you were thinking of coming I urge you to still come. The more the merrier. I look forward to seeing all the members there and we will have a little surprise to unveil at the event...
