There needs to be permission, coordination & a possible contribution to the Meet from any 'Official' Vendors attending!

This a a good Idea, but it might need some coordination with all the Xfires & Events Scheduled.
(Saturday is Very Tight & the Big Day, I would suggest only early Friday or late Sunday, after all the events, unless they are just coming for the tune & not participating in the Events & Runs with the other 50 Crossfires).
