Okay, my turn now. I will stand in defense of the General Exclaims. I have a set on my car and have put a little over 30K miles on them and they are starting to wear down. I figure I have at most 10K left in them. They have stuck like glue on the drag track, on the shifter cart track, and on the street. Not to mention they made it through two winters now. I am using a size 265/30 in the back and am about to order another pair but going to go with a 275/30 this time. Love the tire and you can't beat the performance for the price. I have pulled over a lateral G on these (at least thats what my comp tech gauge said lol) No issues, love them, great in the rain as well. If it were me, I would try them out, for the price, they still can not be beat.
