I own a base coupe so it didn't originally come with a hoodliner, so no luck there.

Not sure about the other Chrysler parts, but I doubt anyone at my local dealership has any idea.

I just measured the holes on the hood - 0.275-0.298" ID, with a maximum depth of 0.690".

Looks like I'll be buying from McMaster.
