Re: Top care and windscreen
There's nothing more pleasant than a Sunday afternoon drive when I can't hear the Mrs rant at me - between the wind noise and my high-pitched hearing going. So we just enjoy each others company, quietly.
Yeah, MI has spectacular weather. Suggest you toss a couple sweatshirts in the boot for when it gets colder. You'll find the windscreen helps only a little, and then when the windows are up. But the whole purpose of having a convertible is to enjoy the elements - I find that rain comes directly back along the driver window, then up and over into the car. Makes driving in a sudden thunderstorm an adventure. Sometimes it's just not worth stopping to put the top up when you know you'll be back in the sunshine in 2-3 miles. And somedays you get douched.
