Hello,

Well, the car is fairly reliable for a German (yes, it's German made) sports car. There are several common problems such as continually malfunctioning seat heaters and other electrical gremlins. The SRT6 is a monster, extremely fast and uses a hand-built AMG Supercharged engine. The intercooler pump is a common failure. These cars are quite expensive to maintain compared to other vehicles. Most of the parts have to be ordered from Germany if a Chrysler dealer doesn't have any in stock. If taken to the shop, you'll mostlikely be treated like you own a red-headed step child, and the car will probably spend a long time there while the techs try to figure out what is wrong with it. My car was in the shop for 2 months for a faulty seatbelt alarm. It was never repaired, and the interior had to be replaced due to their neglegence. Oil changes cost upwards of $100.00 unless you do it your self. As for gas milage, I get about 12 to the gallon on a good day, but I drive an SRT. I wouldn't recommend this car as a daily driver. Mine only comes out on nice days. It's difficult to see out of, can't carry much, burns gas, is expensive to maintain, and tires cost big bucks too. It is a very nice car for what it is though. It is a German made (Mercedes) sports car with American style at an American price. Hope that helps, just being honest.
