Well, I must say thank you to the poster who figured out the elec. tape fix. I removed all the double sided tape and other fixes that were only temporary. I wrapped the hatch bar with about 4 turns of elec. tape and not a creak out of the hatch. I hit holes, uneven pavement, and all kinds of crap. Not a sound!! That dam hatch has been bugging me since I got the car. The car is smooth and quiet now!! THANKS!!!!
