In the UK we have to take a car which is 3 years or older to be tested (called the MOT). They test the lights, brakes, suspension and steering, as well as the emissions, but I am not aware that checking the damned button is red is on their list. I am going to try and find out.

Having great difficulty at the moment getting the red triangle out without damaging the fascia.

Have bought a selection of silver/metal paints to see which matches best.
