Argh! Use the search button! There are countless threads on the subject and plenty of DIY info. There is a current one about a few days old in the "Coupe" area. Just look down the list of threads! Someone came up with a fix that totally eliminated the rattling for me. It's not worth taking to the dealership. Just wrap electrical tape around the latch bar (part attached to the car) about four turns or so. You can try to adjust the hatch bump stops too, but they always move eventually. The tape works amazing. PLEASE DO THE SEARCH!
