Hi, actually that is where my hubby made the appointment at. He talked to the service mgr, and asked if they had any X-fire trained mechanics. The service mgr replied, that yes, ALL of them were. Doesn't that seem odd? I read on here once that they had sold over 100 X-fires, but it still seems unlikely that they would go through the expense of training all of their mechanics.
I'll let you know how it works out. He couldn't even get an exact price, the service manager just said 'somewhere around $100'. Hubby replied, 'is that closer to $100 or $200?', and she replied, 'closer to $100'. I'm going to call back this week and try to get an exact price, because there is no reason they shouldn't be able to give one on a standard thing like an oil change. Hubby is too docile when talking on the phone, but I can be a real *itch if I need be, lol.
