X-fire was in at the dealer last Friday. They were incredibly helpful and knew about the 2 TSBs. The noise is now down to about 50% and I'm told "including on the work order" that they are working with Engineering (?) to see how the problem can be eliminated.

Well ... ? I don't know what to think now. Is this a design flaw?
