(That is a Schedule Requirement & there are other's) (In the same vein, No one needs to go to anything at any time.) (There is Total Freedom for you all!)

Those (2) Tables (& Only 2 Tables) I arranged in the Lower Lobby (after quite a bit of trouble, I might add, as we were beat to that Area by another Group), should be for Our Members First & Only if, we fill them, the Vendors, then can Fend for themselves. Let's forget the Door Prize, just more trouble for me, (Remember, I work for Free, While you all get to play 100%!) (Just like a US Marine fighting for your Freedom at $78.00 per Month, in Viet Nam! )

Anyone else's thoughts on this, I'm 'Almost', totally Flexible?

SF

BTW The Scheduling comes from Tax Seasons as a CPA for 35 years, not as a US Marine NCO, for 4 years so many years ago!

Also, Yes there is a Need for a Small Fee, (as a CPA, Not Named Trump or Gates), maybe $10 or $15, for the Common expenses of the Meet, or should I be required to continue pay those also, as I have Gladly up till Now?

(Just a few of my thoughts, as I slip into my "Flame-proof Suit".)
Thanks for your understanding, Bill. BTW, my old man was in the 'Nam
from '67 thur '69 riding half-tracs. I, myself served with the CCT in the
USAF, though I never saw combat. (CCT, Combat Control Team. One of
Two Special Ops AFSCs in the USAF. These are air traffic controllers who
perform their job behind enemy lines. Also provide FAC support).

Maybe folks who attend could provide a little support, out of the
generosity of their hearts, but let's be real... this was a chosen task,
one which I thought you were taking as you love'd the car the the
people who owned them. If you want to turn it into a commercial
event, it could be far more trouble to you than it is now. As a CPA, I'm
sure you are aware of the cost and time spent on adhereing to all the
various regulations which would then apply.

I guess it is just a minor difference in perspective. There are those
who like as little "overview", ala "flash mobs", and those who like a bit
more stricture around their activities (think debutante ball). I agree
that the scheduling of the group picture is important (and I hope folks
are a little more timely in arriving for that this time around, it really
pushed the "schedule" back last fall), and a scheduled run down the
dragon or the skyway (or loop) each day makes sense, but the rest
should be free form, in my humble opinion.

I guess that is a little more than $0.02 worth, but that's how I feel. When
I get a PM from a vendor telling me that they may just bow out due to
the pressure to conform, and such limited time between scheduled
events, I just feel things are moving in the wrong direction.

Anyway, I hope all works out and everyone has a good time. I don't
like to play the part of the wet blanket, but there it is.

Sincerely,

Coyote
