One other item I forgot to address about your post, Dennis. The ammount we are discussing here is NOT intangible on any level. You can simply walk into a car dealership and ask for an appraisal. They will tell you, "Your car would have been worth $xxxxx, and we are taking off $xxxxx because of the accident."
