As I see it, this was mentioned before but if I may be a bit redundant, you have a dealer that doesn't have trained personnel for the crossfire. Call all the dealers in your area and let them know of your concerns. Choose the one that listens to you intently and makes suggestions on how to solve the problem/problems. These cars are way too sweet to just let her go like that. I do understand your frustration though. I once had a Lancia Beta Coupe that was Mousolini's revenge. I have not had a single issue with my car (knock on wood) and it's an '04 coupe, purchased with 12,800 miles on it. always a turn on when it's driven the way it should be, quickly, with gusto!!! If you don't get any satisfaction from the dealer, any dealer, call Chrysler and speak to them, if they give you a run around, call a local TV Station, get thee consumer advocate to come out and explain all that has gone wrong, do it on camera, in front of the dealer. It will get you some great service or a new car. Trust Me!!!
