It pretty much covers what we've been talking about here. It looks like you asked the same thing in that post too BRappaport!

This is a guess but it sounds like 1/2" metro weather striping is needed as the gap between the metal and the door seal is 3/4" and the seal needs to go over the weather strip.

Would have been nice if there was an update on that old post.
