The w/s is for selecting either winter or summer transmission settings......I think that is what they stand for......I have a 6 speed so I'm not positive of the exact nomenclature.

the + and - are for when you are in manual mode and want to shift for yourself (kinda)......move the shifter to the left or right for upshifting or downshifting.


Again.....I have a stickshift with a clutch......so I may be off a little!
