I bought the windscreen(WS) from e-bay at $72. I also added that it be lexan ($15). The WS covers not only the middle, but also behind the head. You can hear better with the WS, but it's not like having the top and windows up. My wife has long hair and the hair still gets blown around, mine on the otherhand doesn't (I'm not bald). LOL. For a less than $100 investment I would score it a 8 out of 10.
