So the point is this, how much would it take to trade up an SRT6 if you like the Crossfire. I learned my lesson a long time ago. I saw another member had to sell his Xfire to put his wife through med school, and I had to sell my '03 Z06 museum delivered car to put 3 boys through college, and I know there are members out there that know what I am talking about. I did some research, I own Chrysler products anyway, and with the help of a German born Chrysler dealer, we purchased an off-lease SRT 6 for 24K. A finance mgr leased it, took grt care of it. I tell you, I have had Z28's and the Z06, this SRT will stay with them on the straightaway. O6 would take it on the track, but not by much...just my .02 .....Doc
06 z06 your talking?? stock for stock, the z06 would be out of the srt6's sight within the first mile of the track, straight or through the turns. The c6 z06 0-60 in 3.7, 1/4 in 11.7, and pulls upwards of 1.2 g's through the corners. srt6 is what 0-60 in 4.8, 1/4 in 12.8 and 1 g in the corners on a good day. Love both cars, but the z06 is ALOT more of a car than an srt. PS, museum delivery is a great experience!
