MikeR, it is not necessary to remove the bumper to get the intake pass
through boxes removed from the radiator support. If you remove the
top screws (one on either side) for the bumper, near where the boxes
have their screws, you can pull back enough on the top of the bumper to
be able to remove the boxes. Note that the boxes are pinned with push
pins to the radiator support. These pins need to be removed to pull the
boxes out. There is one on the outboard side of each box, that is a bit
of a pain to get to, but it can be done without removing the bumper.
