Oh man, Irwin, it's not pretty & it does have that "I'm toast" look. Sorry, though it's good to know you're OK! I loved the looks of the 'devil mobile'.
See, that's why I'm always posting my "I hate deer" screeds. But, I've learned from past experience (the 2 cars I presently own, the Alabaster '04 & the Kamikaze Cougar have both been whacked by deer plus I've hit 2 more in the past with other cars I've owned) that you never try to avoid the deer, just slam on the brakes & hope the stupid thing moves out of the way. I've seen deer hit a car, do a 360 degree turn in the air, land on it hooves & keep running. I've seen deer come to a dead stop after a full run, just like they've never moved. I've had a buck charge after my old Cavalier when parked in a dentist parking lot; head down on a full run & then stop at the last second while I'm in the driver's side in panic mode, mouth open, waiting for the crash. I'm telling you, they're EVIL! They are out for the complete domination of the human race one car/driver at a time.
