Default Taking the car in tomorrow-lets guess on time

I'm taking the x-fire in thursday for a few things. Both seat bottom heaters, both frosty headlights, and a very loud ticking sound from the engine when cold and warm. When I start it up, there is a very loud tapping sound and it is really noticable between 1000 and 2000 RPM. From my old Chevy days, it sounds just like main bearings or bad valves. When you rev it up, the clicking comes on and then goes away at 2000rpm. Well,I'll see what they say; hope its not too long. Hell, I've had the car for sale for 4 months, not ONE inquiry, so I might as well have it fixed. These cars have dropped in value big time, and in no time they will be worth nothing.
