10 rungs on my ladder. Here, Here! Don't forget, only about 1/3 of the
populace supported the Revolutionaries during the American War of
Independence. Benjamin Franklin's own son, the Gov. of New Jersey
(I think), had his father Ben locked up in jail because the elder Franklin
supported independence and his son was a Loyalist. They supposedly
never spoke to one another again.
