Yup, I'm perfectly aware of what a 720 beacon is, which makes all his previous statements that much harder to believe:
"but i need to get rid of the 700 dollar payment so i can get a low risk loan on my house and so i can feel secure in making my mortgage and be able to fix the place up some."
He wouldn't have all these problems if he actually had a 720 beacon.......when I read his posts, all I see is pure 100% BS. Did you actually READ his previous posts??????........OK, I'm done with this thread, really....
